3. Review and Resolution: Our team will review the photos and contact you within 2 business days to offer a solution. This may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

 

2. 35-Day Cash Back Guarantee

 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your jewellery for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 35 days from the date of receiving the product. To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

• Unworn and in its original, unused condition.

• In the original packaging, if applicable.

 

Please note: Customised or personalized items may not be eligible for a refund unless damaged or defective.
